AMENDED OPINION as to Jay E. Lentz that deft's Rule 29 Motion is
GRANTED and this case is DISMISSED; and it is further ORDERED that
this Order be STAYED for seven days until 7/29/03 to allow for a
pretrial services investigation and consideration of bond pending
appeal; and it is further ORDERED that pre-trial services commence
an investigation into whether there is a combination of conditions
that will; 1) ensure Jay Lentz's appearance before the Court for
further proceedings and 2) ensure safety of the community and it
is further ORDERED that pre-trial services present its report to
the Court not later than 7/28/03; the parties are further ADVISED
that the Court will hold a hearing to determine whether to release
Jay Lentz on bond on 7/29/03 at 10:00 a.m. (See Order for Details.)
