Visitors enter the courthouse through the building's main entrance or the annex entrance, both of which are on Main Street. You will be required to walk though a magnetometer and your bags will be screened by an x-ray machine. You will be required to show a photo ID issued by a government agency, such as a driver's license.

Members of the public are prohibited from bringing cell phones, pagers, PDAs, laptop computers, cameras, tape recorders, and all other personal electronic devices into the courthouse or the annex. Court security officers will hold these items at the entrance while you visit the building.

Visitors who wish to conduct research in the Clerk's Office involving case files - which cannot be removed from the courthouse - must receive approval from the Division Manager to bring a laptop computer into the building. You must remain in the Clerk's Office while using the laptop.

Attorneys who require laptops for their courtroom presentations must receive prior approval from a judge.
