• RMA Expressway
Deck between Byrd and Canal Streets; enter from 9th or 10th Streets. .Obtaining Sentencing Documents A copy of the Judgment in a Criminal Case will not be immediately available following the sentencing hearing. The availability of the Judgment will depend on many factors, including the length of the sentencing hearing. Once it has been filed, a copy of the Judgment may be obtained from the Clerk's Office or online from PACER. See "Case Documents". To accommodate requests for copies as quickly as possible, we ask that you have a check payable to Clerk, U.S. District Court, or cash. Cash payments must be in exact change (50¢ per page), however, at this time, we do not have a page count. We do accept most major credit cards, but this will slow down the process considerably. Copies of the documents may also be obtained on-line from PACER. See “Case Documents.”
