Alexandria Division:
Due to the Fourth Circuit Judicial Conference, the Friday Motion Docket for June 28, 2013 is cancelled.

• In the Richmond Division effective April 1, 2013, all submissions should be filed electronically, unless the document is excluded from e-filing, such as a sealed document.
• Effective May 1, 2013, a $50.00 general administrative fee will be required when filing a civil action, suit, or proceeding in all district courts.  This fee is in addition to the $350.00 filing fee, and was authorized by the Judicial Conference at its September, 2012, session.
