The new Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Plan for the Eastern District of Virginia has been approved by the Judicial Council of the Fourth Circuit and is in effect.

The Alexandria Division will not have Friday Dockets on 11/29/2019 and 12/27/2019.

Alexandria Division: Effective Friday, June 28th, the cafeteria inside the courthouse will be closed. Options for replacement are under consideration. In the meantime vending machines are available as well as a small sitting area.
