Pursuant to Orders of the Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the Court will be closed on the following dates, in addition to federal holidays already established by law:

Friday, November 24, 2023, and Tuesday, December 26, 2023.

As a result, the Court will be closed on Thursday, November 23rd, in observance of the established Thanksgiving holiday, as well as Friday, November 24th.  Additionally, the Court will be closed on Monday, December 25th, in observance of the established Christmas holiday, as well as Tuesday, December 26th.
