Pursuant to Orders of the Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the Court will be closed on the following dates, in addition to federal holidays already established by law:

Thursday, July 3, 2025, and Friday, November 28, 2025.

As a result, the Court will be closed on Friday, July 4, 2025, in observance of the established Independence Day holiday, as well as Thursday, July 3, 2025.  Additionally, the Court will be closed on Thursday, November 27, 2025, in observance of the established Thanksgiving holiday, as well as Friday, November 28, 2025.
