The Judges of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia have appointed Laura G. Griffin as the District’s next Clerk of Court. She will succeed Fernando Galindo, who has served the Court for over 20 years. Mr. Galindo is scheduled to retire on May 31, 2026, and Mrs. Griffin’s appointment will take effect on June 1, 2026.
