The Honorable Douglas E. Miller has been reappointed for an additional eight-year term as a full-time United States Magistrate Judge in the Norfolk and Newport News Divisions of the Eastern District of Virginia.  Chief Judge Mark S. Davis entered an Order confirming Judge Miller's reappointment today, with duties commencing February 1, 2026.
