The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia announces a new Standing Order on Interim Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Vouchers.  This Order allows counsel providing representation under the Criminal Justice Act to submit interim CJA vouchers for payment of fees and expenses, in any case, without the necessity of filing a Motion for an Order Allowing Interim Payments.  Additional details may be found in the link herein.
