Pursuant to Orders of the Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the Court will be closed on the following dates, in addition to federal holidays already established by law:

Friday, July 5, 2024, and Friday, November 29, 2024.

As a result, the Court will be closed on Thursday, July 4, 2024, in observance of the established Independence Day holiday, as well as Friday, July 5, 2024.  Additionally, the Court will be closed on Thursday, November 28, 2024, in observance of the established Thanksgiving holiday, as well as Friday, November 29, 2024.
